We offer a wide range of laser cutting services, including laser engraving, laser etching, and laser marking. We can also provide custom laser cutting services to meet your specific needs.

The maximum thickness of material that can be cut using laser cutting depends on the type of material and the power of the laser. Generally, we can cut most hard materials up to 1/4" inch thick. Acrylic up to 1/2" and  Softer materials such as foam up to 3 inches thick. 

We accept a variety of file formats for laser cutting, including AI, PDF, and DXF. If you have a different file format, please contact us to see if we can work with it.  We can also create a custom file for you.

The cutting bed size is approximately 50" x 35",  However the laser does have a pass through and can accommodate some larger materials 

we can not cut any type of metal, but can engrave on a metal surface if it is painted or powdercoated . The laser can remove the coating to engrave a design.

Different plastics behave very differently under a CO₂ laser. Some cut cleanly; others are dangerous. Here's a quick guide to what we can and can't cut:

• Acrylic (PMMA) — clean edges, great for signs and displays
• Natural Leather — up to 1/8"
• Laser-safe Rubber — up to 1/8"
• Mylar — 10 mil+
• EVA Foam / Craft Foam — up to 2"

• PVC / vinyl — produces toxic chlorine gas
• Polycarbonate (Lexan) — burns, produces toxic fumes
• ABS Plastic — toxic fumes
• Delrin / Acetal — toxic fumes when cut
• HDPE / Polypropylene — melts, won't cut cleanly
• MDF — toxic glue binder fumes
• Fiberglass — toxic fumes
• Carbon Fiber — toxic fumes
